In this body prayer we attune to the currents of wholeness in the Present of the Oneness of Life through our body's sensing intelligence. Our entire body, especially the heart becomes that vessel (the eye) from which we behold, heart and understand Creation. In this way we become truly embodied by fully inhabiting the evolutionary knowing of the body. We truly become partners with the unfolding realities of the Cosmos as they unfold and inform us of a great knowledge. In this process we are guided to look within and see and feel where we are in holding patterns that have become hardened in the ground of our Self and separate us from the potential of wisdom.
